First Connection is Sunday, December 1. Join us in the Fellowship Hall to learn more about who FBCD is and where we are going. The class is taught in both English and Spanish and is a great first-step in joining our church family or simply hearing our heart for the gospel, our community, and for making disciples. Childcare and lunch are provided. You can RSVP by clicking the link below. However, walk-ups are always welcome, too.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Operation Christmas Child is a ministry initiative we participate in every year to send shoeboxes of gifts to needy children around the world—showering them with blessing, prayer, and the gospel. Our shoebox drive ends this Sunday, November 24. We will have a time of celebration and prayer of dedication over all of the shoeboxes on November 24 during our worship service. Participate by picking up a shoebox from the foyer and filling it with items for that child's age & gender. Click the link below for more information.

GCA NIGHT OF WORSHIP

Go Christian Academy is hosting a Night of Worship Fundraiser on November 21 at 6:30 pm. The Worship through song is led by a talented group of GCA parents. Admission is $10 for adults (7th grade and up), $5 for children (K-6th grade), and free for preschool children. Come join us as we praise God for who He is and celebrate what He is doing at GCA!

We have two exciting Christmas events here at FBCD this year. Mark your calendars now to join us for our annual Worship Arts Christmas Concert on December 8 at 6:00 pm. Prepare for the holiday season through a time of worship, celebration, and fellowship with a reception following the concert. We will have a reception following the concert.
Join us as well on December 24 for the 5:00 pm Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. From November 24 – December 24, we will take a journey through the advent season as we remember the women of the Christmas story and how Christ is at the center of every story.

LOTTIE MOON CHRISTMAS OFFERING
The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering is an annual offering collected by believers around the world to support international missions. This offering is unique from other mission offerings in that 100% of gifts provide for missionaries all over the world. This year, our church’s goal is $30,000. Please prayerfully consider giving above your normal tithe and join us in this opportunity to take the gospel to the nations.
